How to access your cPanel

Accessing your cPanel is the first step to managing your web hosting: creating email addresses, installing WordPress, consulting your files, etc.

Here's how:

✅ Step 1: Log in to your Zentec customer account
Go to our website: https://zentecsolutions.ca

Click on Customer Area in the top right-hand corner

You will be redirected to our customer portal: https://zentecsolutions.ca/billing

Enter your login details (email address + password)

✅ Step 2: Access your hosting service
In the menu, click on Services

Click on the package you have subscribed to (e.g.: “Shared Hosting - Standard”)

✅ Step 3: Open cPanel
Once on the service sheet, click on the “Connect to cPanel” button.

You will be automatically redirected to the cPanel management dashboard

ℹ️ In case of problems :
Click on “Forgot password” to reset your customer access.

Alternatively, open a support ticket from the portal: Support > Submit a Ticket
