Webmail allows you to access your email directly from any browser without needing an external email client like Outlook or Gmail. Zentec Solutions uses Roundcube, a clean and user-friendly webmail interface.

✅ Option 1: Access Webmail via cPanel

1. Log in to your Client Area: https://zentecsolutions.ca/billing

2. Go to Services → Click your hosting plan

3. Click Log in to cPanel

4. Scroll to the Email Accounts section

5. Find your email address and click Check Email

6. Choose Roundcube as the webmail client

✅ You’ll be taken directly to your inbox.

✅ Option 2: Access Webmail Directly via URL

You can also go directly to: https://yourdomain.com/webmail

• Enter your full email address

• Enter your password (the one you set in cPanel)

• Choose Roundcube when prompted

• Send and receive emails

• Organize messages with folders

• Add signatures

• Set up autoresponders (if allowed)

• Change password (if enabled in settings)
