Creating a custom email address using your domain (like you@yourdomain.com) gives your business a more professional image. With Zentec Solutions, you can easily set this up in cPanel.
Follow these steps:
✅ Step 1: Log in to cPanel

Visit your client portal at https://zentecsolutions.ca/billing

Go to Services → Select your hosting plan

Click Log in to cPanel
✅ Step 2: Find the “Email Accounts” Section

Scroll down or use the search bar at the top of cPanel

Click on Email Accounts
✅ Step 3: Create Your New Email Address

Click the “+ Create” button

Fill in the form:

Username: e.g., info, support, or yourname

Password: Choose a strong password or generate one

Storage Space: Set a limit or choose unlimited

Click Create
✅ Step 4: Access Your Email
You can check your email using:

Webmail: Click Check Email next to your account and choose Roundcube

Email clients: Configure Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail, etc.

Mobile apps: Use the manual configuration provided in cPanel (IMAP/SMTP)
