Managing your billing and staying on top of your payments is easy with Zentec’s client portal. Here’s how you can view, download, and pay your invoices at any time.
✅ Step 1: Log in to Your Client Area

Enter your email address and password

Click Login
✅ Step 2: Go to the Invoices Section

In the top menu, click Billing > My Invoices

You will see a list of all your invoices, including:

Invoice Number
-
Date Issued
-
Due Date
-
Status (Paid, Unpaid, Overdue)

✅ Step 3: View and Download an Invoice

Click on any invoice number to view its details
-
From the invoice page, you can:

Download it as PDF
-
Print the invoice
-
Check the list of services billed
-
✅ Step 4: Make a Payment
-
Click on Pay Now on any unpaid invoice

Choose your preferred payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)

Complete the transaction securely
✅ Once paid, your invoice status will update automatically.
???? Tip: Enable Auto-Pay

You can add a saved payment method and enable auto-pay to avoid late fees

Go to Billing > Payment Methods and set up your preferred option
⚠️ If You Miss a Payment:

Your services may be suspended if invoices remain unpaid past the due date
-
Overdue invoices may include late fees depending on your account terms
